I have ten years experience working in the creative foresight, innovation and design fields. I am fascinated by how design thinking can be harnessed to make better products and how consumer insight can refine brilliant ideas and make them even more brilliant.

With strong facilitation and ethnographic skills I'm as at home in a co-creation group of 20 consumers as I am with my head in an in-depth article on brand models.

My core skills include presenting, qual research, NPD, group facilitation, design thinking, brand strategy, writing, digital transformation and desk research.
